I've got to say, when I read the beginning of this post I thought the tale about the kids was from the book. I immediately thought--oh no somethings going to happen to this mom once she gets on that plane. LOL
imagine my chagrin when I realized that the kids were your life not a book. Sounds to me like there is the makings of a good story here--hint-hint.

kids are great,but sometimes a break is nice. :) have fun.

No offensive words here ! Being retired now gives me great pleasure in reading as late at night or as early in the morning as I want each day. I buy books, get them from the library, borrow them or share with my daughter. So many books by great authors, and not nearly enough time to get to all of them. Have a great trip!

Have a safe trip! The last friend who said her children were making it easy to leave was stuck in Washington, D.C. in that nasty snow storm. She did make it home safely. You must be a speed reader to get through all those books!
